I see this in my work... it's so much easier to see the flaws than imagine the possibilities. It's easier to criticize everything wrong in an organization than to talk about how good the group might be. The willingness - not ability, just desire and dedication - to imagine and then share a vision of the possible is rare. I believe it's learned, however, and something that each of us can do if we choose. Maybe that's my specific positivity.
Art is a leading indicator and organizations are a lagging indicator. Art captures the cracks that are so familiar that we fail to notice.
